Order Info and Return Policies

Ordering

Perfectly Grand takes orders on-line, by phone and mail.  Phone orders primarily take place between M-F 9-5 EST - however, our phones are staffed 24/7.  We try very hard to ship all orders within 2 business days, however, items that are made to order - such as piano covers, piano bench cushions, etc. take longer.  All orders placed on-line receive a confirmation email.  If you do not receive this email - first, check your spam filter/junk folder.  If you have any questions please contact customer service.

Notes on Piano Covers

TIMING ON ALL PIANO COVERS:  We make each cover to order, one at a time.  It generally takes 2-3 weeks for a cover order to go through the first-come-first-served waiting line and then to be cut, sewn and shipped.  Embroidery does add at least one week to this timeline. 

NO RUSH SHIPPING FOR PIANO COVERS:  Even though our website might permit you to request rush shipping (we cannot prevent this option on our check out, sorry), we cannot offer rush shipping for piano covers.  If you pre-pay for rush shipping of a piano cover we will refund the upcharge and notify you of the timeline for piano covers to be made and shipped.

NO COUPONS OR DISCOUNTS ON PIANO COVERS:  Even though our website might permit you to put in a coupon code when you order a piano cover (we cannot always prevent this option on our check-out, sorry), due to the intensive amount of labor involved in sewing covers, the high cost of fabric, and the free shipping we offer despite the increasingly high cost of mailing these large and heavy boxes, we cannot accept any coupons for a piano cover.  Sorry.  If you have a question on this policy or, in the rare instance when we have granted you a personal in-store-credit from another purchase, please contact us personally at Customer Service at 800-792-4457.

NO RETURNS ON PIANO COVERS:  As ALL our piano covers are made to your order, all styles of piano cover are considered CUSTOM.  However If a piano cover is found to be defective we will pick it up and either return it repaired or replace it free of charge.  No piano covers may be returned for a refund.

Returning Products

Perfectly Grand is the best place to buy products online. We stand behind our products and guarantee your satisfaction with every order.

Perfectly Grand promises to deliver high-quality products, in excellent condition, to your door. If, for any reason, your shipment is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or accept a return of the merchandise. Please adhere to the following return policy:

The following items may be returned for a refund:

  • Merchandise that HAS NOT been removed from its original packing.
  • Merchandise that is in "new" condition.
  • Defective stock merchandise.
  • Merchandise that HAS NOT been used/installed.

Need to setup a return?  Please call 800-792-4457 for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) to insure proper and timely credit and follow the shipping instructions below.

We are not responsible for lost shipments or damage due to shipping. You must file a lost shipment freight claim with the respective shipper.

Exceptions to Returns

  • Returns can only be made within 15 days of receiving your product(s).
  • Exchanges can only be made within 15 days of receiving your product(s);
  • All returns must be over $20 in total value. Any return for less than this total amount may not be permitted.
  • Merchandise must have not been damaged in freight transit.
  • Custom made items including ALL piano covers*, custom size piano bench cushions. 
    *(As ALL our piano covers are made to your order, all styles of piano cover are considered CUSTOM)
  • Lightbulbs cannot be returned
  • Items shipped outside the USA.  We do not take any returns or issue any refunds for international sales due to excessive return tariffs and fees.
  • Used items.

Special/Custom Order Items

If a special/custom order item is found to be defective we will pick up the item and either return it repaired or replace it free of charge.  No special/custom order may be returned for a refund.

Cancelling Orders Not Yet Shipped

To cancel a stock order that has not yet shipped, please call our customer service department immediately. Once an item or order has been shipped it cannot be canceled, and you will have to process a general return and comply with our return policies.  Custom items that are in the middle of production may be cancelled, however the maximum refund is 50% of the purchase price.

Restocking Charges

Perfectly Grand does not charge for restocking - except for the following items: floor lamps, any item weighing 35lbs or more, or any order totalling more than $600 before discounts - (30% restock fee).

International Shipping Charges

If you place an order to be shipped overseas we will contact you with the additional cost of shipping, which must be paid before the item is shipped. 

We do not accept any returns or issue any refunds for international orders.

Warranty Information

Perfectly Grand sells only quality products from leading industry manufacturers. All products are covered by the manufacturer's comprehensive warranties. If you have purchased a product from us and you find it to be defective, please contact our customer service department for assistance in processing your warranty claim.

How to Ship Your Return

Follow the simple directions below to make your return by mail:

  • Contact our returns department by telephone 800-792-4457 to process your return and receive an RGA (return goods authorization) number. Once you have set up your return by phone you will be give an RMA number. Along with this return number you will receive a ship-to address where you must send your merchandise to. You must ship this item within 7 business days of recieving your RMA. This number will be used to guarantee you receive your credit.
  • Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.
  • We recommend items be returned via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or insured Parcel Post for proof of delivery. Please be certain that items are secure in their packaging so damage does not occur while they are in transit back to our warehouse.
  • You are responsible for all freight charges - except on . However, you will be credited all reasonable and customary freight charges relevant to that item if product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
  • Items received past the return period plus reasonable shipping time may not be processed. Returned items must be shipped in the original product packaging. Notification will be sent to the e-mail and/or billing address provided should your return not be accepted. Items will be resent to you upon receipt of your payment of freight charges. Items will be deemed abandoned if we are not contacted within 30 days.

Refunds

We will do our best to process the return quickly. Please allow 14-21 days for processing. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card or PayPal account only.  If you paid by check please allow an additional 14-21 days for delivery of check via USPS.  Please note: we refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
