Accepted Forms of Payment

Perfectly Grand accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and checks.  Perfectly Grand does not bill (except for non-profits), ship COD or accept checks from outside the USA.  Please note - credit card charges appear on credit card statements as: Perfect Grand/Lighting

All checks must be made out to Piano Lifestyles, Inc. and sent to:

Additionally, all checks are held until they clear processing. 

Purchase Orders

Non-profit institutions such as schools, colleges, religous organizations, etc. may submit purchase orders along with a tax exempt form and their tax exempt number.  Purchase orders must be paid within Net 30 days of receiving an order to avoid finance charges. How Items are Charged

All items that are in stock or are custom-made (piano covers, cushions, special finishes, etc. ) are charged within 24hrs of the order being placed.  Items that are backordered are not charged until they are ready to be shipped.
