purchased. A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#)will be emailed
to you along with any additional packing or shipping information.
Damaged Items
If you a receive a damaged item, or if an item is damaged due to shipping you must contact customer service immediately. Perfectly Grand is not responsible for damage to items reported more than 30 days after the receipt of the item. Please contact customer

purchased.
Please note that we can not give refunds for a few specific items:
software, sheet music, books, videos, harmonicas and custom ordered
products such as the custom piano covers or engraved items. If there
are defects with these products we will, of course, exchange them for
the same item upon return of the original item in “unused” condition.
Any damage due to shipping must be brought to the attention of customer service immediately.

Perfectly Grand ships most orders within 48 hours
(2 business days). Products that are made to order may take longer.
All items are shipped Fedex Ground, UPS Ground or USPS Priority/Confirmation

reflects normal ground shipping charges within the continental 48 states - Alaska, Hawaii, and other US Territories as well as Canada may have additional surcharges. In addition to shipping charges, customers outside the US are responsible for paying all taxes, duties and fees levied in their countries on packages arriving from the USA.
Shipping Surcharges
Certain items have additional surcharges due to weight. For example, an inexpensive item that costs $10, but has a shipping weight of 10lbs will incur a shipping surcharge. To see your exact shipping charges prior to placing your order, add an item to your basket, then click "Calculate Shipping" on the top left of any page and follow instructions.

Notes on Free Shipping
Any returned product that is sold with "Free Shipping" will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% or $15, whichever is smallest.
"Free Shipping" items are only available online or by Check/Money Order. "Free Shipping" will not be given on any operator-assisted orders (except Piano Covers.)
"Free Shipping" items go by "ground" only within the continental 48 states - Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are excluded. All "Free Shipping" items are delivered
via a carrier designated by Perfectly Grand. If a customer requires
a different carrier other than the carrier designated by Perfectly Grand, additional charges may apply.

Purchase Orders
Perfectly Grand happily accepts purchase orders from public
and private learning institutions, religious organizations, non-profit organizations, and approved businesses. Any item ordered via a purchase order will have terms of Net 30 days.
