Privacy is a big issue for many online shoppers and surfers. It seems like every time we give out our email address we are subjected to ever more spam and unwanted solicitations.

We hate spam just as much as you do.

Perfectly Grand will never sell, lend or give out your email address to anyone. We appreciate your business and we will always respect your right to privacy.

Guarantee
Our Guarantee to you is simple... 100% Satisfaction! If you are ever unhappy with an item that you purchased from us, just return it within 14 days from the date it was delivered in “unused/new” condition (you must include any and all parts and hardware in original configuration) for a full merchandise refund (*see Defective Items, Non-returnable Items, Notes on Free Shipping). If you have a return to make, please contact customer service at: service@perfectlygrand.com Remember to include all your contact information and the item you purchased. A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#)will be emailed to you along with any additional packing or shipping information.

Damaged Items
If you a receive a damaged item due to shipping you must contact customer service immediately. Please keep ALL packing materials - as these will be inspected by the shipping company (ie. FedEx Ground, UPS, etc.) Perfectly Grand is NOT responsible for damage to items reported more than 14 days after the receipt of the item.

Defective Items
Perfectly Grand will replace defective items (and/or any missing parts) within the first 14 days through the specific manufacturer free of charge. Beyond 14 days, but within the manufacturer's warranty specifications and period, Perfectly Grand will help facilitate an exchange through the specific manufacturer.

If a customer receives a defective or damaged item and then decides against a replacement, then the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Perfectly Grand - all Return Policies apply (ie. condition of returned item, Notes of Free Shipping).

Non-Returnable Items
Due to duties and fees, Perfectly Grand does not accept returns from countries outside of the USA or its territories. In addition, Perfectly Grand does not give refunds for a few specific items: light bulbs, sheet music, books, videos and custom ordered products such as the custom piano covers or engraved items. If there are defects with these products we will, of course, exchange them for the same item upon return of the original item in “unused/new” condition. Any damage due to shipping must be brought to the attention of customer service immediately.

Custom Items
All custom items are charged at the time of order. If a custom order is canceled after work has already begun, the customer forfeits a MINIMUM of 50% depending upon at what stage the custom work has been halted. This determination is the sole discretion of Perfectly Grand. If the custom work has been completed but not delivered the customer may not be entitled to a refund.

Shipping Information


Perfectly Grand ships most orders within 48 hours (2 business days). Products that are made to order may take longer. All items are shipped Fedex Ground, UPS Ground or USPS Priority/Confirmation Delivery, depending upon size of order and destination. The following chart reflects normal ground shipping charges within the continental 48 states - shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, USA Territories and customers outside the USA may have additional surcharges. In addition to shipping charges, customers outside the USA are responsible for paying all taxes, duties and fees levied in their countries on packages arriving from the USA.

In addition, a few specific items (for example: lamp 02130 and bench 10255, etc.) have shipping surcharges ranging from $2 - $10. These amounts can be seen under "Calculate Shipping" on the homepage and the checkout page.

Notes on Free Shipping
Any product that is valued less than $300 and sold with "Free Shipping", upon return, will be charged a restocking fee of 15% or $15 whichever is smallest. Above a value of $300 the restocking fee charged will be equal to original shipping charges Perfectly Grand incurred to ship the order.

"Free Shipping" items go by "ground" only within the continental 48 states - Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are excluded. All "Free Shipping" items are delivered via a carrier designated by Perfectly Grand. If a customer requires a different carrier other than the carrier designated by Perfectly Grand, additional charges may apply.

HOLIDAY GROUND SHIPPING

Perfectly Grand uses FedEx Ground, UPS Ground and US Priority. The shipping deadlines below are based on coast to coast shipping. While coast to coast ground shipping is not guaranteed after 12/17, how close your location is to one of our warehouses obviously makes a big difference on how fast your package will arrive. HOLIDAY RUSH SHIPPING

Perfectly Grand uses FedEx Express, UPS Rush and USPS Express for rush shipping. The rush shipping deadlines are listed below. To ensure your package is rush shipped on the same day your order is placed, rush orders MUST be processed no later than 12noon eastern time on that day. Any rush order that is processed after 12noon may not ship until the next business day. From 12/21 – 12/23 we STRONGLY advise rush orders be placed by phone 800-792-4457. Purchase Orders
Perfectly Grand happily accepts purchase orders from public and private learning institutions, religious organizations, non-profit organizations, and approved businesses. Any item ordered via a purchase order will have terms of Net 30 days. However, if a coupon code is being utilized in the purchase order, payment must accompany the purchase order. Please fax all purchase orders to (866)-205-0745, if your organization does not have official purchase orders you may use official letterhead. If you do not wish to fax your purchase order you may mail it to the address below.
